Job summary

SpaceX seeks an Executive IT Support Specialist to provide world-class support to our executive team. This role ensures state-of-the-art, always-on IT solutions, working with the IT, Applications, and Security teams to support the executives across offices and residences.

You will design and deploy technologies, provide AV and conference support for meetings, and handle sensitive information with discretion. Onsite work is required, with extended hours and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise IT support.
• 1+ years of experience in executive IT support.
• Experience with Windows, OS X, iOS, or Android operating systems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
• Experience with the Microsoft stack (Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook, ActiveSync, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Teams).
• Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Meet).
• Experience with video conferencing hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer support with ownership and follow-through.
• Resolve escalations involving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with IT, Applications, and Security teams to enable executive IT solutions.
• Design, document, deploy, and support technologies for executives in offices and homes.
• Provide AV and conference support for onsite and offsite meetings and executive sessions.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Manage schedules and provide after-hours and weekend support when necessary.
