Job summary

Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Svc is seeking an Events Coordinator to manage events from conception to completion, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring venues, technology, and logistics meet the highest standards.

The role emphasizes on-site coordination, hospitality, and seamless collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to create memorable experiences in a diverse, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• College degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to work outside normal hours including evenings and weekends.
• Commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acts as an Ambassador for Pine Rest with the ability to “live the mission” of Pine Rest and have knowledge of the organization.
• Provide Concierge service including hospitality and amenities for guests.
• Responsible for on-site coordination of events.
• Preplanning with “customer” both internal and external.
• Manage room reservation/calendar for all meeting rooms.
• Coordinate setup and logistics for events.
• Coordinate food, technology, and special requests.
• Follow up – evaluation, guest history, attendance numbers.
