Cardone Ventures in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an Event Coordinator to provide administrative support for a high-volume events program. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with the Client Concierge team to align attendance and payment status.

The ideal candidate is passionate about events and process improvement. Responsibilities include event setup, registration leadership, inventory management, and supporting the CEO/President with duties as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ Event Management experience.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.
• Substantial experience with G-Suite (Slides and Docs).

Responsibilities

• Event setups (banners, signage) to plan-the-venue for attendees.
• Handle small issues or last-minute changes during event setup or execution.
• Lead registration/check-in to ensure smooth on-site flow.
• Assist with team packet creation and travel/expense tracking.
• Provide coverage for team duties as needed.
