Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time events assistant to support onsite operations at food pop-up events. Duties include set-up, tear-down, and maintaining high-quality customer experiences, with occasional cashier responsibilities at Fooda Cafés.

You should be tech-savvy and able to troubleshoot POS and restaurant integrations. The role requires weekend availability and the ability to work 27.5 hours per week during regular business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Comfortable using technology and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down at events; ensure clean equipment and areas.
• Assist as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Coordinate access for restaurants and ensure smooth onsite operations.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite technology and TV menu boards; solve issues quickly.
• Support onsite promotions and coach mobile app usage for customers.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues with guests.
