Job summary

Fooda is seeking a part-time on-site team member to support events in the New York area. You will assist with setup, maintain equipment, and serve as a backup cashier, with occasional delivery of equipment and food to sites.

You will be comfortable with technology, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate clearly. The Wednesday 9:30 AM–1:30 PM shift is a core part of this role, with potential for growth within Fooda and collaboration with local restaurants.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort with technology and apps or devices.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Reliable and able to work with a team.
• Must have own transportation to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup, tear down, clean equipment and areas; ensure quality experience.
• Act as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Deliver equipment and food to Fooda sites.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology issues as they arise.
• Conduct onsite promotions and app coaching with customers.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues promptly.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when necessary.
