Fooda is seeking an energetic onsite Events Support individual in Warrenton, VA to help run pop-up restaurant events during lunch hours. You will set up and tear down equipment, assist in mobile app coaching, and provide on-site customer service.

Ideal candidates have catering or serving experience, are tech-savvy, and can work Saturdays. The role offers a flexible schedule (~27.5 hours/week) with opportunities for advancement and free food perks.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability for Saturday work and potential Sunday.
• Prior catering or serving experience preferred.
• Steady part-time schedule (~27.5 hours/week) during regular business hours.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down Fooda events onsite; ensure clean equipment and quality setup.
• Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when team members are away.
• Coordinate access for restaurants onsite and ensure building access.
• Troubleshoot POS and onsite technology; assist with TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coaching for the mobile app.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues with consumers.
• Facilitate audits of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to the Operations Manager when needed.
• Hours mainly during lunch (10am–2pm) with potential 8am–4pm shifts depending on market.
