Job summary

Fooda is seeking an on-site Event Support team member to assist with rotating popup restaurants at various sites. The role includes setup, teardown, basic cashier duties, and occasional driving responsibilities to sites. You will learn Fooda’s tech stack and standard operating procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

The position offers a flexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week) with peak hours around lunch and potential 8am-4pm shifts depending on market needs.

Qualifications

• Prior catering or serving experience strongly preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Part-time schedule flexible (20–25 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Assist at Fooda events on-site: setup, tear down, clean equipment, and ensure quality customer experience.
• Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Handle driver responsibilities delivering equipment and food to sites.
• Learn Fooda technology and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, or communication.
• Provide real-time on-site customer service to resolve issues promptly.
