Fooda, Inc. is seeking an energetic onsite events assistant to support lunch-time activations across Fooda events. You will assist with setup, troubleshooting, and customer interactions to ensure a high-quality experience for workplace diners.

Key tasks include learning Fooda technology, resolving order issues, and promoting the Fooda app on-site. This role offers direct customer interaction, growth potential, and exposure to restaurant partners within a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to work during lunch hours (10am–2pm) and weekends as needed.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support Fooda events onsite: set-up, tear down, clean equipment and site areas, and ensure high quality customer experience.
• Learn and operate Fooda technology and standard procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, or communication errors with customers.
• Troubleshoot POS systems, onsite technology, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite Fooda promotions and coaching for mobile app usage.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service to promptly resolve issues directly with customers.
• Assist with audit of restaurant event setup for consistency and quality.
• Escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed to maintain smooth operations.
• Work during critical lunch hours Monday to Friday (10am–2pm).
