Legends Global is seeking an experienced Event Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage conventions, meetings, and trade shows at the Fort Lauderdale Convention Center. You will be the primary liaison among clients, venue departments, and service partners, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple events with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates or bachelor’s preferred in hospitality/event management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management or event management experience coordinating large events in venues.
• Knowledge of event logistics, venue operations, and related equipment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of event operations for conventions, meetings, trade shows, and banquets.
• Serve as primary liaison between clients and internal departments throughout the event lifecycle.
• Coordinate floor plans, AV needs, room setups, and service vendor coordination.
