Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an on-call Guest Experience Coordinator for Broward Convention Center. You will help ensure a safe, welcoming, and memorable guest experience during events and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The role requires flexibility with irregular hours and strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. This position is on-site and part of the events department supporting venue operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1–3 years of related work experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with the event experience program.
• Serve as primary guest contact during events with courteous, professional assistance.
• Support crowd management and guest flow during high-traffic times.
• Assist with ADA accommodations and event services as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members via multiple channels.
• Be available to be called in for support during peak times and events.
