Job summary

SPS is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to enhance on-site events, coordinating with facilities, catering, and client teams to deliver seamless experiences.

You will greet guests, manage special requests, assist with setup, and help resolve issues during events, with a focus on hospitality and safety.

Prerequisites include a high school diploma and at least one year of event support or hospitality experience; proficiency with MS Office and event software is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical/computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, digital ticketing, conference room scheduling programs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Support with equipment and furniture arrangements according to event specifications.
• Identify and elevate potential security risks or privacy concerns as part of Crisis Response Team preparation.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all event attendees and manage special requests.
• Monitor event proceedings, address issues, and ensure setups meet client expectations.
• Handle last-minute adjustments to event plans, including layout, timing, or services.
