Job summary

SPS North America is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to enhance the onsite event experience for clients and guests in Irvine, CA. You will support setups, coordinate with multiple teams, and maintain high hospitality standards to create memorable experiences.

Key duties include coordinating with Facilities, arranging equipment, ensuring timely setups, and delivering personalized attendee service while staying adaptable to changing event needs.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of prior event support, hospitality, or client-facing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities and other teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Assist with equipment and furniture arrangements per event specs.
• Provide warm, professional hospitality to attendees and handle special requests.
• Monitor proceedings and address issues promptly to meet client expectations.
• Adapt to last-minute changes in layout, timing, or services.
