Job summary

SPS Global seeks a Workplace Experience Ambassador in Irvine, CA to enhance event experiences with onsite support, coordinating with facilities teams, and delivering hospitality-driven setups for clients and attendees.

You will welcome guests, handle guest needs, manage last‑minute changes, monitor event flow, and ensure safety and smooth operations during events. A high school diploma and 1+ year in event support are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of prior experience in event support, hospitality, or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
• Technical/computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, digital ticketing, conference room scheduling programs, etc.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Facilities Management and other relevant teams to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Support with equipment and furniture arrangements according to event specifications.
• Identify and escalate potential security risks or privacy concerns and participate in crisis response when needed.
• Provide a warm and professional welcome to all event attendees, and manage guest needs and special requests.
