Job summary

Fooda, Inc. is hiring for an onsite events role to execute popup restaurant experiences at active sites. You will set up, assist partners, greet customers, and maintain a polished environment throughout service.

The position emphasizes hands-on participation, strong hospitality instincts, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Own onsite execution of Fooda events: setup, restaurant support, customer experience, breakdown and cleanup.
• Maintain welcoming, organized environments and ensure spaces look great during service.
• Assist local restaurant partners with setup and operational needs onsite.
• Interact with customers and partners to resolve questions in real time with proactive hospitality.
• Keep service areas and equipment clean and organized before, during, and after events.
• Monitor restaurant setups to meet Fooda standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Troubleshoot onsite issues (late arrivals, missing items, equipment needs).
• Learn and use Fooda’s technology, systems and SOPs; escalate issues to Operations Manager when needed.
• Jump in wherever needed to ensure smooth events and great experiences.
