Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or a related field with 8+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Experience with equipment OEMs, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Experience interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, manuals and docs.
• Experience with CNC, automation, robotics, PLCs, hydraulics or similar manufacturing equipment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Aufgaben

• Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and field engineering support for manufacturing equipment.
• Serve as the primary technical contact between Maintenance, OEMs, vendors and service providers.
• Develop and review scopes of work, repair proposals, and service recommendations.
• Support technicians and engineers with complex equipment problems and root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, reduce downtime and costs.
• Review vendor performance, warranties, contracts, and invoices; maintain documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Maintenance, Engineering, Operations, Quality, EH&S and Procurement.
