Job summary

Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager III to lead onsite environmental operations at a key customer location. You will organize day-to-day operations to maximize profitability, ensure safe and compliant delivery of services, and plan for ongoing operational needs related to technology, facilities, labor and equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management or environmental services.
• RCRA, OSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER, and DOT training/certifications are required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of customer locations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate Health and Safety oversight of onsite employees supporting air, water and hazardous waste programs.
• Maximize utilization of equipment and manpower to support productivity and profitability.
• Develop, monitor, and measure KPIs to drive continuous improvement and cost control.
• Establish processes to measure performance of onsite personnel and improve outcomes.
• Ensure infrastructure, tools, and staff are equipped to perform effectively.
• Coach, train, and mentor onsite personnel and support succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer policies, including EH&S and operational standards.
• Provide reporting and data analysis to upper management on operations and financial performance.
• Collaborate with customer stakeholders and Clean Harbors leadership to optimize program performance.
• Perform related duties to support the InSite Program success.
