Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow into a Branch Manager. The role includes an 18–24 month paid training program, loan origination, and customer service responsibilities at 100% onsite locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Ability to work well independently, as well as a team member in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs to recommend the best consumer loan and voluntary product solutions.
• Educate customers on all consumer lending services, including improving credit and debt consolidation.
• Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while promoting core values and outstanding customer experience.
