Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager in Springfield, MO. You will participate in an 18–24 month paid training to learn branch operations and management, then manage your own branch as promotions occur, including recruitment, coaching, and meeting sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You'll originate loan business, guide customers through lending options, and help improve credit alongside our core values and a strong focus on community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; ideal majors include Business, Finance, Sales or related field.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn an 18–24 month on-the-job paid training program to grow into a Branch Manager.
• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs to recommend solutions.
• Educate customers on lending services, improve credit, and consolidate debt.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing plans to meet sales goals while upholding core values.
• Support relocation for promotion into Branch Manager and help manage branch operations.
