Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) to grow with a growing financial services company. You will go through an 18–24 month on-the-job training program and then manage your own branch, with relocation support for promotions beyond 50 miles.

You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending options, and support branch operations, while promoting our core values and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Willingness to relocate for promotion; relocation package provided for moves over 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting current and potential customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on consumer lending services, including credit improvement and debt consolidation.
• Assist in loan applications, provide guidance through the process, and make payment reminder calls.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales planning to meet goals.
• Promote core values and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
