Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites students to join its Engineering Summer Internship Program for hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, software, quality, and manufacturing engineering. This project‑based, on‑site program runs for 11 weeks at designated Regal Rexnord offices, including Arlington, TX. Dates: June 2, 2027 August 13, 2027.

Interns collaborate with experienced engineers, analyze data, assist testing, and present findings to leadership. Travel is limited to about 10%.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program, or a related field.
Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later
Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
Prior internship or work experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment
Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues

Responsibilities

Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations
Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions
Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems
Presenting findings and recommendations to peers and leadership
Participating in mentorship and networking opportunities
