Job summary

Regal Rexnord is offering an Engineering Summer Internship Program that provides hands-on experience across mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing engineering. You will work alongside experienced engineers and leaders to solve real-world challenges in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Interns will be assigned day-to-day responsibilities based on focus area and will present learnings to Leadership at program conclusion.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program or related field.
• Graduation date Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for a multi-functional team.
• Ability to work with all levels to resolve manufacturing issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extract and analyze data to drive engineering decisions.
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
• Present findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
• Participate in mentorship and networking opportunities.
