Regal Rexnord offers an Engineering Summer Internship Program providing hands-on experience across engineering disciplines in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Interns work with experienced engineers and leadership on real projects during ~11 weeks

Opportunities span Applications, Mechanical, Electrical, Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Software, and Continuous Improvement engineering, with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program.
• Graduation date Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills for a multi-functional team.
• Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
