Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is offering a hands-on Engineering Summer Internship Program hosted onsite at designated Regal Rexnord offices. The 11-week program runs from June 2, 2027 to August 13, 2027, providing exposure across mechanical, software, quality, manufacturing, and design engineering disciplines.

Interns will work with experienced engineers and leaders, tackle real-world challenges, and present their learnings to Leadership at program close.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program, or a related field.
• Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• This is a project-based internship with presenting learnings to Leadership.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
• Participating in mentorship and networking opportunities.
