Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program or related field.
• Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills for a multi-functional team environment.
• Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues identified through the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
