Job summary

Regal Rexnord invites engineering students to join its hands-on Summer Internship Program, a fully onsite, ~11-week experience across disciplines including mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing engineering. You will work alongside seasoned engineers, tackle real-world challenges, and present learnings to leadership.

Eligible candidates are pursuing an engineering degree with Winter 2027 or later graduation and a 3.0 GPA, with prior internship preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an engineering program.
• Graduation date Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment.
• Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to peers and leadership.
• Participating in mentorship and networking opportunities.
