Job summary

Regal Rexnord offers an Engineering Summer Internship Program that provides hands-on experience across disciplines such as mechanical, software, quality, and manufacturing Engineering. You will work with experienced engineers and business leaders to tackle real-world challenges in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Interns participate in project-based work, present learnings to Leadership, and receive exposure to product launches, data-driven decisions, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program or related field.
• Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Prior internship or work experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have good interpersonal skills for a multi-functional team environment.
• Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on product launches or system implementations.
• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions.
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems.
