Job summary

Regal Rexnord's Engineering Summer Internship Program provides hands‑on experience across engineering disciplines from mechanical and electrical to software and quality systems. You’ll work with experienced engineers and leaders on real projects in a manufacturing environment during an ~11-week term.

Roles are fully onsite at designated offices with potential locations including Columbia City, IN, Monticello, IN, and more.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an Engineering program, or a related field
• Graduation date of Winter 2027 or later
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
• Prior internship or work experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills for our multi-functional team environment
• Ability to work with all levels, including management and production personnel, to resolve technical issues that are identified through the manufacturing process

• Extracting and analyzing data to drive engineering decisions
• Supporting testing, validation, and troubleshooting of products or systems
