Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred in CM, business, or engineering.
• Licensure/Certifications: None required.
• Experience: 0 years required; 2 years preferred.
• Driving Record: Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Authorized to work in the United States; not eligible for sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact with internal customers for specific scopes of work.
• Participates with Project Management on the execution of estimating activities including project bids and change orders.
• Contributes to effective job start meetings and team meetings.
• Supports the team by coordinating material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule.
• Partners with CEI safety professionals to identify hazards and document.
• Maintains complete and accurate RFI, submittal and change order logs.
• Maintains current drawing log and distributes new information to team members and subcontractors.
• Maintains close out log; requests relevant documentation and submits to customer.
