Job summary

Qualifications

Availability to work 100% on client site in Houston, TX.
Experience with deregulated Natural Gas and Retail Energy markets (2+ years).
Experience resolving enrollment, billing, and regulatory inquiries.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities within SLA.
High School Diploma or GED required, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary post-deal liaison between Client, brokers, and Sales Team.
Resolve post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios.
Conduct operational research to resolve complex inquiries across deregulated markets.
Handle commission inquiries, enrollment rejections, billing resolutions, early drop notifications, and market change communications.
Engage in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration while updating leadership on deliverables.
