Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company seeks a Client Support Analyst in Houston, TX for a 1-year contract (W-2). Support the Channel Partners and Sales Team by resolving post-deal inquiries and navigating outages across deregulated markets, including enrollment and billing concerns.

You will be the primary liaison between Services, Brokers, and Sales, conducting operational analyses and advising stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery throughout the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High School Grad / GED required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as post-deal liaison between Services, Brokers and the Sales Team to resolve inquiries and ensure service delivery.
• Act as primary contact for brokers and sales reps regarding enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory concerns, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios.
• Perform complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making and advise internal/external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate passion for the retail energy and gas market in a fast-paced environment requiring strong problem-solving and customer advocacy.
