Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company, via WECTEC Staffing Services, seeks a Client Support Analyst for a 1-year contract in Houston, TX. You will support the channel partners and sales team by resolving post-deal inquiries and navigating various operational challenges across deregulated markets.

You will serve as a liaison between Services, Brokers, and the Sales Team, handling enrollment issues, billing inquiries, tax exemptions and early termination scenarios, while performing complex analyses to

• High School Grad / GED.
• Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience.
• Experience: 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Post-deal liaison between Services, Brokers and Sales; conduct operational research and resolve inquiries to ensure service delivery.
• Primary contact for brokers and sales reps navigating post-deal inquiries including enrollment issues, billing inquiries, regulatory complaints, tax exemptions, and early termination scenarios.
• Handle complex operational analyses to support informed decision-making within the business unit and advise internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrate passion for the retail energy and gas market and bring a winning attitude.
