Job summary

Harris County in Houston, TX seeks a Client Technology Analyst (Intermediate) to provide desk-side and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and enterprise apps, resolving hardware and software issues to keep users productive.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/MIS and at least two years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of PC usage and Microsoft Office; on-site/off-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent interpersonal communication and written/oral skills.
• Able to interact with staff at all levels and collaborate with teams.
• Strong PC usage knowledge in a networked environment and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide desk-side and remote end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers and enterprise apps as per SLAs.
• Respond to escalated requests and coordinate with network, systems and app teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Support endpoint lifecycle activities including imaging, deployment, replacement, and asset inventory.
• Deliver on-site and remote support during activations and special projects to maintain operations.
