Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker’s DEWALT Experience & Innovation Center in Towson, MD seeks an End User Solutions Manager to lead on-site demonstrations and storytelling for trades audiences.

You will partner across product, brand, and marketing teams to craft engaging experiences, drawing on 5+ years in construction/manufacturing and strong presentation skills. This role is on-site and focused on practical, market-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or skilled trades with a depth of knowledge in at least one specific trade vertical (ie electrical).
• Strong understanding of general construction or industrial workflows, customer challenges, and jobsite realities.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage both small and large audiences.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling stories while actively listening to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Highly collaborative and self-motivated, with strong organizational skills, customer curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Present for visitors at the XIC, tailoring content to audience needs.
• Collaborate with product, brand, sales, and marketing teams to reflect priorities.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training of DEWALT solutions.
• Capture visitor insights to improve products and messaging.
• Stay connected to industry trends to evolve storytelling.
• Support events, executive visits, and brand initiatives.
• Assist ongoing fabrication and updates of key assets.
