Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an End User Solutions Manager to join the DEWALT Experience & Innovation Center in Towson, MD. This onsite role focuses on presenting, training, and refining storytelling for professional trades audiences.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure experiences reflect business priorities, while engaging visitors with hands-on demonstrations and capturing insights to improve products and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in construction, manufacturing, or trades.
• Strong presentation and storytelling ability.
• Highly collaborative and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary presenter for visitors at the XIC, adapting content for diverse audiences including trades.
• Partner with the Director to refine the DEWALT storytelling framework for events and audiences.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations and training of key DEWALT solutions.
• Engage visitors, capture insights, and relay feedback to product/marketing teams.
• Collaborate with product, brand, sales, and trade marketing to reflect current priorities in experiences.
• Monitor feedback and metrics to improve content and impact.
