Stanley Black & Decker Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Project Solutions Manager to lead major North American construction projects, engaging end users, contractors, and subcontractors. You will tailor value-added solutions, coordinate with internal teams, and drive project success from planning through closeout.

The role requires 10+ years in sales/marketing or related field, strong project management and budgeting skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA10 & OSHA30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major North American construction projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Build and maintain relationships with end users, contractors and subcontractors.
• Promote SBD’s value-added products and services and customize solutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and issue resolution.
• Develop engagement plans aligning resources to milestones and customer needs.
• Identify new opportunities to add value and improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and report metrics to leadership.
