Job summary

Nextiva in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Level 1 End User Support Specialist for a full-time, 90-day assignment onsite. You will provide first-level support to end users, triage and troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure a positive user experience in a fast-paced, in-person team setting.

You will support Windows systems, Microsoft Office and conferencing tools, create clear documentation, and occasionally participate in project work to build skills in areas like Linux, Intune, Jamf and asset

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Level 1 technical support experience.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic software.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support to end users via email, chat, and in-person.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and document resolutions.
• Assist with device setup, software installation, and conferencing tools.
• Maintain clear, accurate end-user documentation and ticket updates.
• Collaborate with IT Solutions Team on escalated tickets and process improvements.
