Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to join our Phoenix area team. The role involves on-site/hybrid work, monitoring IT systems to ensure IT security, and providing first and second level support to end users in a dynamic environment.

A senior colleague will be on-site to provide onboarding and training, with the aim of building strong operational IT support capabilities and improving security posture across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT focused on monitoring, networks or servers.
• ITSM processes – Intermediate.
• Microsoft Office 365 – Advanced.
• Microsoft Intune – Advanced.
• Zabbix – Intermediate.
• Graylog – Intermediate.
• Experience with monitoring IT systems and IT security.
• Based in the USA (Phoenix area) – on-site/hybrid availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT systems to ensure IT security.
• Regularly review IT settings and policies in assigned systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Microsoft Intune).
• Provide first and second level support for end users.
• Full onboarding supported by an assigned senior colleague on-site.
