Job summary

Inceed in Oklahoma City is seeking an End User Support professional to provide day-to-day support for Windows-based devices, mobile, and applications in a business-focused environment. The role emphasizes solving problems, supporting users, and keeping technology running smoothly in a hands-on, independent capacity.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional IT support experience.
• Experience with Active Directory or Azure Active Directory.
• Knowledge of user and security group administration.
• Solid troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Understanding of Ethernet, TCP/IP, and remote access solutions.
• Working knowledge of DHCP and DNS basics.
• Experience using help desk or ticketing systems.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for end-user hardware and applications
• Troubleshoot Windows operating systems and desktop issues
• Support Active Directory and security group administration
• Resolve PC connectivity issues, including Ethernet and TCP/IP
• Assist with remote access and basic network troubleshooting
• Manage help desk tickets and follow issues through completion
• Support iOS devices and related end-user technology needs
• Help maintain IT asset standards and device performance
• Communicate technical information clearly to end users
• Work independently while supporting a distributed team
