Midwest Center for Youth and Families, a subsidiary of UHS, seeks a capable Application Analyst to bridge local IT needs with Corporate IT. You will support Windows PCs, printers, networking gear, phones, access controls, and CCTV, ensuring minimal downtime for clinical staff.

Responsibilities include serving as the facility's IT liaison, handling end-user support, maintaining inventories, and coordinating with external vendors to resolve issues and ensure software license compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Prefer one year of experience in a psychiatric setting with patients aged 10-18.
• Must be 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the facility liaison with Corporate IT.
• Provide PC network support for the user community.
• Function as the help desk for the facility.
• Maintain software/hardware inventories.
• Perform routine maintenance of PC equipment.
• Provide first level of support for phone systems and CCTV.
• Manage external IT vendors to resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain software license procedures.
• Interface with vendors to resolve problems and assist staff.
