Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an End User Computing Analyst to provide frontline technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices at our Worcester, MA campus. The role includes imaging, software deployment, and resolving end-user issues while maintaining SLAs and documenting solutions.

This on-site position requires strong Windows and iOS knowledge, TCP/IP networking, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Two years of technical customer service experience.
• Technical experience with PC hardware and software support environments.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, IOS, and TCP/IP networking.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and software installs on end user devices.
• Log and track customer questions and issues through resolution.
• Provide updates and status reports on open issues to customers.
