Job summary

LINX is hiring an Employee Housing Coordinator to own day-to-day housing operations for project crews, earning $36.00 to $39.00 an hour. You will be the single point of accountability for safe, clean housing, addressing landlord and vendor relationships, resident conduct, and property accountability.

You will oversee arrivals, room assignments, and occupancy, enforce policies onsite, coordinate repairs, and report weekly on occupancy and costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee housing, facilities or property operations, hospitality, site supervision, or a comparable role.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors, or landlords, with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
• Clear communication, fair policy enforcement, de-escalation, and accurate documentation skills.
• Proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
• Availability for evenings/weekends and defined on-call coverage.
• Ability to inspect and move between housing buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrivals, orientations, room assignments, rosters, guest approvals, occupancy, and departures.
• Enforce LINX housing policies and maintain onsite presence during peak hours.
• Address resident concerns, de-escalate conflicts, document incidents, and refer serious issues to HR.
• Inspect units, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry, and common areas; coordinate housekeeping and upkeep.
• Coordinate repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, internet) and track requests to completion.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for landlords, property managers, and vendors; ensure lease commitments.
• Complete move-in/move-out inspections and monitor room readiness; coordinate cleaning between occupants.
• Provide weekly updates on occupancy, conditions, and vendor concerns; identify preventable costs.
