Job summary

LINX is seeking an Employee Housing Coordinator to own day-to-day housing operations for project crews, paying $36.00 to $39.00 per hour (depending on experience). This role is the single point of accountability for safe, clean, well-maintained housing and will coordinate with landlords, property managers and vendors to ensure lease commitments are met.

You will manage arrivals, room assignments, policy enforcement, inspections and repairs coordination, and provide weekly updates on occupancy

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee housing, facilities or property operations, hospitality, site supervision or similar.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, vendors or landlords with strong follow-through.
• Clear communication, fair policy enforcement and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with email and spreadsheets.
• Availability for evenings/weekends and on-call coverage.
• Ability to inspect and move between housing buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage arrivals, orientations, room assignments, rosters, guest approvals, occupancy and departures.
• Enforce LINX housing policies with onsite presence during peak hours.
• Address resident concerns, de-escalate conflicts, document incidents and refer issues to HR/Operations.
• Inspect units, kitchens, bathrooms, laundry and common areas; coordinate housekeeping and upkeep.
• Coordinate repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, internet, appliances) and track progress.
• Serve as primary onsite contact for landlords, property managers and vendors and ensure lease commitments are met.
• Provide weekly updates on occupancy, conditions and costs; maintain records and support approved HR communications.
