Job summary

Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking a Residential Construction Project Coordinator to support the planning, documentation, and day-to-day coordination of high-end residential projects in Bucks County, PA. This is a full-time, on-site role with no remote work.

You will work closely with the Production Manager/Project Manager to ensure accurate information flows between office leadership and field teams, helping keep projects moving efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of residential construction methods and project flow.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction docs.
• Experience supporting production, project management, or coordination roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Production/Project Manager with day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain project documentation and logs for active construction.
• Organize information for Lead Carpenters and Site Supervisors.
• Track changes, approvals, and related documentation.
• Coordinate information between office leadership, field staff, clients, vendors, and subs.
• Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and job cost records.
