Job summary

Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking a Residential Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, documentation, and day-to-day coordination of high-end residential projects in Bucks County.

This is an in-person, full-time role with no remote work. You will work with the Production Manager/Project Manager to keep information flowing, manage project documentation, and assist with permits, invoicing, and client communications across office and field teams.

Qualifications

• Understanding residential construction methods, terminology, and project flow.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and construction documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with multi-project handling capability.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with the Production/Project Manager.
• Maintain and organize project documentation, logs, and schedules.
• Support permits, compliance documentation, and client communications.
• Help manage change orders and invoicing documentation.
• Ensure information flows between office and field teams to keep projects on track.
