Job summary

Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. in Bucks County, PA, is seeking a Residential Construction Project Coordinator to support planning, documentation, and day-to-day coordination of high-end residential projects.

This on-site role requires reading plans, managing project information, and keeping both office and field teams organized through the construction process. Remote work is not available.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of residential construction methods, terminology, and project flow.
• Prior experience in residential construction project coordination, project support, or assistant project management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day project coordination with the Production/Project Manager.
• Maintain project documentation and schedules for active construction.
• Organize information for Lead Carpenters and Site Supervisors.
• Maintain contracts, specs, meeting notes, and logs.
• Draft and track change orders and approvals.
• Coordinate information among office leadership, field staff, clients, vendors, and subs.
• Support project management systems and digital documentation.
