Qualifications

• Electromechanical experience including using a multimeter to troubleshoot electrical circuits.
• Strong time management and reliability; punctuality is essential.
• Valid driver's license and insurance; MVR checked.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically active tasks daily.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding service to clients and manage calls within SLA to maximize satisfaction.
• Repair devices using electromechanical skills; Xerox provides training.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain inventories of equipment.
• Provide communication and interface to on-site client base regarding equipment status.
• Deliver customer training on assigned products to improve end-user knowledge.
• Within first 60 days, complete training and establish territory knowledge.
