Job summary

Energy Project Solutions (EPS) is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead onsite coordination on utility-scale renewable projects such as solar, BESS, and wind. You’ll ensure installations align with plans, support QA/QC, and keep activities safe and on schedule, acting as EPS’s onsite representative.

You’ll coordinate with EPCs and subcontractors, review methods and safety plans, track materials, and document site decisions while mentoring junior staff and contributing to process

Qualifications

• Electrical field construction experience.
• Experience on solar, BESS, or wind projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple trades and manage electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day onsite coordination with subcontractors and EPC partners.
• Oversee electrical installation, commissioning, and QA/QC to meet specs.
• Conduct regular site walks to monitor progress and maintain schedule.
• Review work plans, methods, safety procedures, and schedules for electrical and general construction.
• Coordinate delivery, staging, and tracking of electrical equipment onsite.
• Support inspections, punch walks, and permit closeouts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project documentation of site conditions and decisions.
• Identify risks and participate in root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Represent EPS onsite while building relationships with clients, utilities, and contractors.
• Mentor junior field staff and contribute to process improvements.
