Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction Supervisor – Electrical in Childress, Texas. You will lead field crews, oversee medium‑voltage systems, MCCs, and critical distribution infrastructure on data center projects.

Focus on safety, quality, and on‑time delivery under NEC and project requirements. You will coordinate across trades, read complex drawings, and manage documentation, reporting to the Associate Director, Construction.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, mechanical plans and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electricians and apprentices to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with managers, peers, customers and subcontractors across trades.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical issues, install/replace wiring and components.
• Ensure work complies with NEC, local codes and project requirements.
• Maintain thorough jobsite documentation and reporting.
