Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction QA/QC Supervisor - Electrical in Childress, TX. You will lead inspections, manage compliance, assess risk, and partner with project teams to ensure installations meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Journeyman electrician license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management/supervision or QA program management.
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and equipment.
• OSHA-30 certification required within 6 months if not already held.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems before major issues.
• Solid MS Office skills; ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new project planning and determine installation techniques.
• Conduct regular walk-through inspections for conformance with specifications and safety standards.
• Inspect products, materials, and installation processes for compliance.
• Document inspection results and provide solutions for non-compliant situations.
• Provide QA/QC feedback for each project phase.
• Assess risks and support development of mitigation strategies.
• Disseminate QA/QC policies and ensure timely compliance reporting.
• Train and oversee subcontractor compliance as needed.
