Job summary

EC Electric is seeking an Electrical Construction Assistant Project Manager for their Industrial division in the Pasco area. The role is on-site and full-time, supporting the National Technical Systems Group with coordination across PMs and field staff.

Responsibilities include managing submittals, RFIs, and meeting minutes; assisting with scheduling, document control, and subcontractor communications; and helping ensure timely billings and payments.

Qualifications

• Assist with managing all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and meeting minutes.
• Assist with supervision and directing project activities as assigned by the PM including planning and coordinating.
• Assist with the maintenance of change orders, submittals and document control logs in Viewpoint.
• Assist with interactions with subcontractors to obtain correct documentation and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Create Job Information Sheets and establish job files under PM or PX direction.
• Assume temporary total project supervision in PM’s absence.
• Able to read basic electrical drawings and specifications.
• Support workflow breakdowns with Field Supervisors and Project Managers.
• Assist in ensuring timely project billings and contract compliance.
